Refund and Returns Policy

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all mBoox™ projects and digital products created by Excalibur Productions LLC. By purchasing a product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Work

All projects are developed according to the specifications agreed upon during consultation. Deliverables, timelines, and included features are confirmed in writing prior to production.

2. Proofing and Approval

Clients receive a specified number of proofs. Proofs are watermarked and intended solely for review.
Final approval—verbal, written, or signed—confirms the client’s satisfaction and closes the editing process. Once approved, any changes will be billed at $100 per hour.

3. Ownership and Usage

Full rights to the final product transfer to the client upon payment in full. Excalibur Productions LLC retains the right to display non-confidential samples for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments

A 50% deposit is required for projects exceeding $50. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery of watermark-free files. Payment confirms acceptance of all policies.

5. Digital Delivery

All mBoox™ products are digital. Files are delivered electronically via download link, email, or secure portal access.

6. No Refunds or Exchanges

Because every mBoox™ product is customized and digital, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the final product has been approved or paid.

7. Limitation of Liability

Excalibur Productions LLC will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the digital files. The client is responsible for maintaining secure backups of delivered materials.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any disputes will be resolved in Kalamazoo County.

Client Policies for mBoox™ Projects**

Welcome to Excalibur Productions. My goal is to provide a calm, orderly, and beautifully crafted experience for every client. These policies exist to protect the creative process, maintain clarity, and ensure work is completed without unnecessary stress.

Project Availability & Scheduling

Deposit Requirement (50%)

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to reserve your place on the schedule.

No project is scheduled and no work begins until the deposit is received.

First-Come, First-Served Workflow

Projects are completed strictly in the order in which both the 50% deposit and complete materials are received.

This ensures fairness and preserves a steady, pressure-free workflow.

Project Timelines

Your project timeline begins only after all materials have been submitted, reviewed, and approved as complete.

Submitting additional materials or changes after work begins will extend or reset the timeline.

Communication Windows

To support focused, uninterrupted creative work, client communication occurs on:

Tuesdays and Fridays

Emails may be sent at any time; responses will be provided during these windows.

Revision Policy (Simplified & Final)

To prevent scope creep and eliminate stress, all mBoox™ projects include one review round only.

Included Review Round

You will receive one preview of your mBoox™ and may submit one complete list of corrections.

All requested changes must be submitted together in a single, organized list.

No New Content

The review round applies only to corrections of materials originally submitted.

It does not include new content of any kind, redesigns, or subjective changes.

No Fault Discussions

All changes are treated simply as revisions, regardless of cause.

There are no debates regarding responsibility or necessity of changes.

Additional Revisions

If further changes are requested after the included review:

Additional Revision Round: $150 per round

Each additional round requires a new schedule slot and extends the timeline.

Finalization

Once revisions are completed and the final version is approved:

Any changes after final approval require a new publishing or update fee.
